All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice.

We accept multiple payment methods including secure checkout and e-transfer.

For e-transfers:

  • Orders are only processed after payment is received
  • Incorrect or missing details may delay your order

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or technical issues.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer:

  • Pickup
  • Local delivery
  • Shipping across Canada to permitted provinces

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for free reshipping
  • If a package is not picked up from the post office within the allowed timeframe, it may be returned to sender

Once an order has shipped, it is out of our control and we are not responsible for carrier delays.

6. Age Verification & Delivery

You must be 19+ to purchase.

For shipped orders:

  • Carriers such as Canada Post may require age verification and ID upon delivery

For local delivery:

  • ID may be requested upon delivery

Failure to provide valid ID may result in refusal of delivery with no refund.

7. All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products:

  • All sales are final
  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges

In rare cases, we may consider a one-time resolution at our discretion.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

We are not responsible for damaged or defective disposable products after purchase.

If a resolution is approved:

  • It will be case-by-case
  • Local customers may be required to visit our store for replacement
  • No delivery replacements will be provided

9. Limitation of Liability

Marshall Vapes is not liable for:

  • Misuse of products
  • Health-related effects
  • Damages resulting from improper use
  • Losses due to shipping delays or carrier issues

All products are used at the customer’s own risk.
