📦 Important Shipping Information
Vape Shipping
We ship vape products across Canada to permitted provinces only.
We do not ship nicotine vape products to:
- Quebec
- Alberta
- New Brunswick
- Nova Scotia
- Prince Edward Island (PEI)
- Nunavut
- Northwest Territories
- Yukon
- Ontario
- Manitoba
These regions have introduced flavour bans and/or regulatory restrictions that prevent shipment of vape products.
Any orders placed from restricted regions will be cancelled and refunded.
🚫 Shipping Restrictions (All Products)
We currently only ship within permitted Canadian provinces.
We do not ship outside of these provinces, including:
- The United States
- International locations
- Restricted Canadian provinces/territories listed above
This applies to all products, including glass and accessories.
🔞 Age Restrictions
- You must be 19+ to place an order
By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement.
We reserve the right to request ID verification at any time.
🚚 Shipping Carriers & Delivery
We primarily ship with:
- Canada Post
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been shipped.
📍 Remote Shipping
We ship to remote areas within permitted provinces, helping customers access products where local availability may be limited.
🚗 Local Delivery & Same-Day Service
Available within 15km of 33643 Marshall Rd Mini Mart (Abbotsford)
Delivery Fees:
- Up to 10km: $10.50
- 10km to 15km: $15.75
Delivery Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 10 AM – 9 PM
- Friday – Sunday: 10 AM – 10 PM
Order Cutoff Times:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:30 PM
- Friday – Sunday: 9:30 PM
All distances are calculated from our store location.
⚠️ Incorrect Delivery Fee
If your delivery fee appears incorrect or you are slightly outside the range:
Email support@marshallvapes.ca with:
- A screenshot of your address
- Your distance from our store
We will send you a corrected order invoice.
⚡ Same-Day Delivery
- Available for vape products within 15km
- High-demand glass products may require additional processing time
Estimated delivery timing will be shown at checkout where applicable.
⏱ High-Demand Products – Processing Times
Some products (especially glass and accessories) may experience delays due to:
- High demand
- Supplier availability
We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible.
🔐 Order Verification
We reserve the right to:
- Flag any order for manual review
- Request additional verification (ID, payment confirmation, etc.)
- Delay or cancel any suspicious or high-risk orders
📦 Shipping Responsibility & Customer Accountability
Customers are fully responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address, including unit or apartment numbers.
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failure to pick up the package within the carrier’s holding period
We will NOT:
- Issue refunds
- Cover reshipping costs
If you want the order reshipped:
- A new shipping fee will apply
- A payment link will be provided
We do not offer free re-delivery under any circumstances.
📬 Lost, Delayed, or Marked Delivered Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed off to the carrier:
- We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues
- If tracking shows “delivered”, the order is considered fulfilled
Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for any delivery-related issues.
🔞 Delivery & ID Requirements
- Orders require ID and signature upon delivery
- Local delivery also requires ID verification
Failure to provide valid ID may result in refusal of delivery with no refund.
