Why do I need to show ID?

By law, you must be 19+ to purchase vaping products. We require ID to verify your age for all orders (shipping, pickup, and delivery).

What forms of ID are accepted?

We accept government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, BCID, or passport.

What happens if I can't show ID?

Your order will not be released. No exceptions.

Yes! You can choose "Pick Up In Store" at checkout to collect your order directly from our shop.

What are your store hours?

Pickup is available during our regular store hours:

Monday – Thursday: 6AM – 10PM

Friday: - 6am - 11pm

Saturday - Sunday: 7AM – 11PM

When will my order be ready for pickup?

Most pickup orders are ready within 10–25 minutes during business hours. You’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready.

Where do I pick up my order?

Pick up your order at 33643 Marshall Rd, Abbotsford, BC inside Marshall Mini Mart. Just head to the counter and let a staff member know you're picking up a Marshall Vapes order.

Can someone else pick up my order for me?

Yes, but they must be 19+ and must show their own government-issued ID at pickup.

Do I need ID for pickup?

Yes. You must be 19+ and show valid government-issued ID when picking up your order. No exceptions.

Do you offer Local Delivery?

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! We offer local delivery within 15km of our store in Abbotsford.

How much is the delivery fee?

0km - 10km - $10.50

10km - 15km - $15.75

All distances are measured from 33643 Marshall Rd, Abbotsford.

If your delivery fee looks wrong, no problem!

Just send us a screenshot showing the fee and your distance to support@marshallvapes.ca before placing your order.

We’ll fix it for you!

How long does delivery take?

Once your order is placed, it’s quickly assigned to a driver for delivery.

The entire process usually takes no longer than 1 hour, depending on traffic, time of day, and how busy our staff are.

All orders are guaranteed to be delivered the same day.

If you prefer a later delivery time, just email us at support@marshallvapes.ca and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Shipping 📦

Where in Canada do you ship?

We ship vape products across Canada to permitted provinces only.

We do not ship vapes to:

  • Quebec
  • New Brunswick
  • Nova Scotia
  • Prince Edward Island (PEI)
  • Nunavut
  • Northwest Territories
  • Yukon

These provinces and territories have introduced flavour bans and/or regulatory restrictions preventing shipments of vape products to them.

Glass Product Shipping:
We ship all non-nicotine products worldwide, including:

  • Glass bongs
  • Silicone bongs
  • Pipes
  • Grinders
  • Rolling trays and other accessories

Age Restrictions:

  • You must be 19+ to order within Canada.
  • You must be 21+ to order from the United States.

Remote Shipping:
We proudly ship to remote areas across Canada, providing access to affordable vapes and accessories where local options may be limited.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Shipping typically takes 1–3 business days depending on your location.

How do I track my order?

Tracking will be available as soon as we purchase the shipping label. An automatic email will be sent to you with your order details and tracking number.

Do I have to be present to receive my order?

Yes and no. Age verification is required to receive your package. If you are not present when Canada Post attempts delivery, they will most likely bring your package to a nearby post office. You’ll need to show valid age verification (19+) when picking it up.
