Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! We deliver within 15km of our store at 33643 Marshall Rd, Abbotsford.

How much does local delivery cost?

• Orders 0–10km away: $10.50
• Orders 10–15km away: $15.75
• Free delivery on all orders over $80, regardless of distance.

How long does delivery take?

Typically 35–45 minutes, depending on traffic and time of day.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

Yes. Since our products are age-restricted, someone 19+ must be present to receive the order and show valid government-issued photo ID at the door. We can't leave orders unattended.

What if I'm not home when the driver arrives?

Please make sure someone 19+ is available at the delivery address during your delivery window. If no one is available to verify ID, the order may need to be rescheduled.

Do you ship outside of Abbotsford?

Yes, we currently ship to permitted provinces within Canada. Including all across British Columbia and Saskatchewan

Is ID required for shipping orders?

Yes. All orders are shipped with Canada Post 19+ ID verification, you'll need to show valid ID at your door when Canada Post arrives, or at the post office if you're picking it up there.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times are typically 1–3 business days, depending on where you're located.

Will someone need to sign for my shipped order?

Yes, the person signing must be the person named on the order/shipping label, since these are age-restricted products.

Do you ship to every province?

No — due to provincial regulations, we're only able to ship to select permitted provinces. If your province isn't eligible at checkout, unfortunately we can't ship there at this time.

Yes, in-store pickup is available at 33643 Marshall Rd, Abbotsford, BC.

What do I need to bring for pickup?

You must be 19+ and bring valid, government-issued photo ID. We're not able to release age-restricted products without it, no exceptions.

How will I know when my order is ready?

You'll get a notification once your order is ready for pickup. Just come to the counter, show your confirmation and ID, and we'll get you your order.

Can someone else pick up my order for me?

The person picking up must be 19+ and present valid ID themselves — we can't release the order to anyone who can't verify their own age at the counter.
