Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

🚫 Damaged or Broken Vapes

We are not responsible for any damaged or defective vapes after purchase. These products are disposable and delicate, and due to frequent scams and abuse, we are unable to guarantee replacements or refunds.

That said, in rare and reasonable cases, we may consider a one-time replacement of a disposable vape, only if we feel it is necessary, and strictly case by case.

  • For local delivery orders, if we approve a replacement, it will only be for the same brand and flavour, and must be picked up at our physical location (33643 Marshall Rd, Abbotsford).

  • No delivery replacements will be made within Abbotsford.

  • For customers outside of Abbotsford, you may email us with clear photos and an explanation. We will review your request and respond accordingly.

πŸ”’ Repeat abuse of this system will result in you being blacklisted from placing vape orders with us.


⚠️ Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Packages

Customers are fully responsible for entering the correct shipping information, including unit or apartment numbers.

We will not refund or reship orders returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failure to pick up the package during the post office's holding period

If your order is returned to us, we can resend it once a new shipping fee is paid by the customer. No exceptions.
